Ashley was very responsive, always quick to answer any questions, great at coordinating among the various parties, and never missed any details. She provided lots of research and information on properties I picked before visiting, and she was able to set up walk-throughs even when I added new properties to visit at the last minute. After I had picked a place and she knew my parents would be visiting, she managed to arrange another walk-through just so my parents could see the place I would be getting. She negotiated $5K off the list price, and she put me in touch with an inspector, an appraiser, a mortgage agent, and a title company, all of which also did a great job, and she kept each party coordinated and the process moving forward. After the seller was out of the house, we found crusted-on gunk where the fridge and washer had been, and even though the transaction was complete and Ashley's job technically done, she still followed-up and brought new cleaning supplies.
